The first time I saw this picture, I felt as if I had change conscious levels instantly. Reading the description, looking at the flower from the outside into the center, the center began to glow. My physical beings reaction was my heart felt like it was up to the bottom of my throat beating extremely hard, ( which I now believe to be higher heart connection), with no problems swallowing. My mind feel of expansion and connection at the same time. As the flower grow in light my body goes into a space of peace knowing. Awesome experience. I look forward to working with it more. On Jan. 17 2013, We were given “Ancient Shamanism for women 2013, tool kit” as a download. 4 wheels were given, one of them is the Wheel of Perpetual Regeneration Through Trusting Self-Sovereignty.Does this wheel correspond to these 30 Principles of Perpetual Self-Regeneration? I feel it does…would you know Niels or Rogier? 🙂
The Wheel of Perpetual Regeneration corresponds to the 144 Tones of Purity, Anna. But of course you can work with them both, side by side. Adding to each other.

Oh good, thank you Niels.
Just a reminder to all those new beings coming into the teachings. Each of these 30 Principles of Regeneration is an alchemical equation. These are powerful tools given by Almine for us to use and make changes within ourselves. These changes are profound and lead to many wonderful things in our lives. Including abundance, health, prosperity, joy, love etc.
So you can read each principle and then just let the equation do it’s thing, by sitting with it and not thinking. It’s a non cognitive process so best not to think really. Then go on to the next go on to the next principle and so on. When you finish as many as you can do in one sitting, then just relax. Because, the each equation adds to the next. So when you’ve done, let’s say 10 of them, then just sit and let your body integrate all that for a while. It’s good to take it nice and easy. That works best for me. 🙂

Just a little while before I opened the diary, I felt a big shift in life, it felt like everything had changed in a blink…it shifted to an even more “miraculous” place (if that’s possible).
