I had been experiencing lots of anxiety and fear. Through a very interesting dream, I was told that when the inner child experienced fear and anxiety, to instead switch to expressing more as the inner nurturer—to focus on caring and nurturing not just myself but others, as well. Expressing the inner nurturer, such as taking more time to care for a child, a furry family member, or even to just smile and warmly interact with strangers to make them feel safe and cared for, can help reduce ones own fears/anxieties. I also had the insight that the inner nurturer is a great sub-personality to express when we have some growing up to do.
Would this be a good oil to stimulate and express ones inner nurturer regardless of gender or parental status?

I have just smelled this beautiful pink and peach rose plant… They are baby rises, will not grow any bigger so beautiful….
