Cutting-edge Mysticism

The Seer Suggests Yogurt

Here is another suggestion from the Seer to reduce the burden of the immune system:

” I’ve started making organic vanilla, stevia-sweetened, vegan (from coconut/ cashew milk) yogurt. Yogurt contains 500,000 to 800,000 cells of lactic bacteria per milliliter— they grow rapidly at body temperature and remain active during their trip through your entire digestive tract. An 8-ounce glass of yogurt has an antibiotic value equal to fourteen penicillin units. Penicillin kills bacteria, not viruses, but it’s one less thing for your body to fight against.”

Remember that it, or anything else, is made from pasteurised milk it’s useless and will cause acidity in the body, as well as leach calcium. So best to make our own from raw, just scalded & brought down to the correct temperature before adding the yogurt starter. But this is if using milk (we use goats milk from the farm nearby). This precaution doesn’t apply to coconut ‘milk’, which sounds yummy!
We have local blue cheeses, the cheapest in our region being Bleu d’Auvergne, with the same penicillin as Roquefort and less salty. Roquefort was used during the Great War due to its high penicillin count, before that antibiotic became available as an injection. If allergic to penicillin though it would be wise to avoid these tempting ‘bleus’ on the cheese board…

Now that we’re 2 months into the milking season, the older more cured get cheese will be nice and blue on the outside! We mostly buy local so cashew and coconut are not, and are also expensive.

Thank you so much. Is there a recipe that we could follow? I’ve never attempted this before

Thank you for this reminder! I haven’t had yogurt in a while. This must be needed by our bodies at this time.
