I have struggled trusting my higher self, which I feel has caused a disconnect. What is the best way to reconnect and live in harmony with self, higher self and highest self realizing that the latter two are urging us to leave physicality to join them?

The higher self has a role similar to that of a vulture: it cleans up the environment from that which does not have enough energy to sustain life force. Make your peace with your higher self by thinking of it as providing an initiation or test (an initiation makes sure that somebody is strong enough to take the next step in their evolution). Your higher self tests you to see if you have lived in a way to preserve enough personal energy to withstand the hardships of life. If one doesn’t, it claims the person through death and by removing weak beings from the world of the living, it strengthens the physical.

So does this mean that this is a force or perspective of something larger that we embody? Is this an aspect of Spirit? I have been musing on the idea that the ego – small self, is an embodiment of alien spirit.
These fields are manifest within us and are yet connected to us / through us all like a spiderweb. Stacked within us, like Russian dolls; they are puppeteers; stealing our energy to maintain their positions as tyrants of our lives. What is their source? Have we not yet moved beyond their influence and become Self Sovereign?
Can anyone guide me to any of Almine’s teachings that address this? It still feels like a puzzle to me! As we have moved into (and beyond) Resurrection, these divisions, like those within the Seed of Life, dissolve and become One. Yes?
