There are multiple lists of qualities or tones in your work. How does one use those to our best advantage?
The answer begins with the tree of life mentioned in the story of Adam and Eve and the tree of life. The myth says they were chased out of the garden of Eden to prevent them from using the fruit of the tree of life and becoming immortals like the gods.
The tree of life is not an actual plant, but an alchemical equation of the alchemical potencies of sound (the qualities are referred to as “tones”) or the alchemical potencies of light (the qualities are referred to as “qualities”). Because there are many different ways to achieve immortality, the tree of life can consist of any one of these lists you’re referring to. Tones need to be felt in the heart as feelings, and qualities need to be meditated on and intellectually grasped.
The order in which these qualities are given is important and must be adhered to. In the case of the qualities, for instance, understand how internalizing and living one quality can automatically lead to embodying the following quality. A good list to start with is the list of the three ascension attitudes of love, praise, and gratitude. This may seem like a very short list, but it has to be lived continuously for weeks for your cells to change to immortal ones.
The Seer’s note:
Love, praise, and gratitude are attitudes — thus a mental understanding plus an accompanying feeling.
