The answer to your question about an alien invading Earth life and whether it could end up in one of the Earth’s layers of reality after death, is a complex one. Just doing, what from an earthling’s perspective would be wrong, is not enough to determine whether the alien is acting what for him is right or wrong. In other words, his sense of morality may be entirely different than ours or completely lacking. What I can say for sure is that those who deliver harm to life on Earth, cease to exist in our reality each time our reality on this planet transcends to a higher one. If aliens live and dwell amongst humans (there are some who have infiltrated the masses), then he or she (not all aliens have genders) becomes subject to the same laws of life and death as those that apply to humanity.
