Where only truth in the form of authenticity is expressed, the nature of your being is complete transparency. See a door open behind your navel and allow a powerful light source to shine through, starting with red, then orange, then yellow, etc. When you’ve ended with the last color of the rainbow, also use turquoise and magenta, then white light. See and allow any dark spots or occlusions to burn away as the light bathes your body and its fields.
