It was a wonderful invitation to slow down in the middle of the day and notice the flow of life around me. Thank you so much to Almine for sharing this, and to the techies for helping her! Earlier today I heard the caw of an eagle or hawk, out of nowhere, quite clear and close to where I was standing. I never saw the bird. I’m usually attuned to the bird songs around me, but this was different. I wonder if there is a connection to this wheel somehow? Hmm…
This one was so impromptu, that it took us techies completely by surprise. One minute we were merrily working along and the next minute we were in the middle of a recording. Thus… no sound, just video. Basically, Almine just invited us to practice that whole ‘fluidness of being’ thing… hope you liked the result!
