Question re: erasing drama and karma
What about the hard lessons that come because we resist life?

As you may know, the present well lived, changes the past. If we create a hardship in order to learn a lesson (because we ignored the gentle proddings to do so) there is no longer a need to keep the hardship once the lesson is learnt. So yes, it too can be dissolved as no longer necessary.
Question:
But what about the lessons we didn’t take time to learn, even after the hardship?

Then the continuing painful memory will prod you to do so, even if it’s overdue (see the nine steps of recapitulation in the book Journey to the Heart of God). Once the lesson is learnt, no matter when, then the memory can be dissolved.
When one is awake, one knows when one is being tested or repeating an unhealthy pattern and one grabs the opportunity to make conscious changes in order to cancel that pattern with a healthy one. On the other hand, One will continue to repeat the same mistake and life will continue to give one the same lesson to learn, until one wakes up and start taking responsibility.
Mercy is a good thing and so appreciative of these encouraging positive supporting energetics to keep strong and steady .

what is the definition of mercy really? If we create our reality, is there really mercy in the metaphysical sense? Mercy would be the opposite of punishment and there is really no punishment (depending on ones beliefs) so if there is no opposite does mercy really exist? Just wondering?
