Explanation of what a nightmare is:
When there are insights we ignore or haven’t gotten in a timely manner, our dreams remind us in a distorted manner to get our attention. There is an optimum time to get a specific insight in order for change in our life to unfold gracefully and effortlessly; to avoid hardship as a means of forced change, listening to our dreams and self-examining avoids the hard knocks of life.

Maybe the best thing is to change tack. Some of us get direct insights easily. Some of us must take a soft and circular approach, as if holding a baby. Stop trying to get the insight per se, or ‘wracking your brains’ for the answer.
Draw, sing, dance and do BVP. A change of vantage point will bring the aha moment, and the attitude change and action needed that is being hinted at in the first place
The insight comes from the God perspective, not the embattled self.
It would be so great to be able to interpret dreams as Almine does!

Yeah I’m pretty good at picking up relevant lessons and knowing what I have to integrate in daily life.
That said, I’ve tried interpreting my dreams in all sorts of ways and am quite frankly not really good at turning symbols to a language I can understand. Nevermind the way Almine interprets them, which is sometimes nothing close to how I would’ve.
Feeling into a dream and asking what it was trying to say gets me a generic answer, but a more accurate one than if I’d try to create an alphabet out of dream symbols. xD

The steps for Recapitulation helps in this area a lot.

This would be super helpful if I could make sense of what my nightmares are trying to tell me, even with dream symbolism. Apparently I just really suck at understanding them 😮💨. Its like an exhausting puzzle. I spend so much time trying to self examine, sometimes I feel like it makes me a little crazy, but still, keep slamming into walls 🙁
