An important request from Almine:
When a tragic mass shooting happens like that which just took place in Florida, the best thing we can do retrospectively, is to see and utilize the lessons we are meant to receive from the event. In this way others have not died in vain, and yet other more tragic events can be prevented.
There is in fact a more tragic event being planned when the America’s semi-final soccer cup is being played soon. We can prevent this in the following way:
When I look into the hearts of those who battle for supremacy (such as the inner masculine and feminine), or those who feel that the only way they can distinguish themselves is by committing heinous crimes, I see the same root cause — the desire to be noticed. It is the most gratifying way to achieve power (we empower what we focus on). It feeds the ego and affirms the identity.
I ask that we all scan through our lives and find the things we seek recognition for; things we want others to notice about ourselves. Then eliminate them. How? As always: through perception.
The perceptions:
- Like water seeks to be level, so life seeks to equalize. If someone expresses excellence, they have raised the standard. Instead of rewarding the one who expresses excellence, it enhances others of lesser expression in order to close the gap.
- Real nature is a consciousness as vast as existence, participating in the stage play of life; or the dream. In a dream or a stage play, there are no achievements to recognize. We are just playing a part in a script designed by the Infinite.

Thank you so much Almine. This is so enlightening, i thought having compassion on both sides is enough. I will work on eliminating the need for recognition for myself. Love always
