The emphasis of the week is on standing in your power and not avoiding issues that need to be dealt with. Look at your life fearlessly, and with a fresh perspective. Make sure you remove draining patterns in your relationships. Be true to yourself and surround yourself with what inspires.

You will have the opportunity this week to develop great depths of spiritual mastery. Observe how life pivots on a single moment that is well lived. Stay aware and fully present to reap the life-altering opportunities that lie beneath the appearances of the more superficial layers of experience. This is a deeply mystical week for those who are receptive.

In a mild yoga class i took this morning the instructor referring to the squat pose we were ‘holding’ , said if there’s something challenging in your life, face it and be with the challenge. That’s the bad news. the good news is that if you do, it’ll go away. (Just the pain in the sqaut will eventually go away the more you do it) i chuckeled at the lighthearted reminder to surrender.:-)
