Why does it feel as though I’m getting hit by waves of fear. I could also hear thumping in the house without there being an obvious cause.
The Seer:
You’re processing planetary fear — it’s a very unpleasant experience. If you’re driving when that happens, pull over and get off the road. Breathe deeply to get rid of the fear in your body. Do this until it stops. This is a great service godbeings can render. It clears the animals’ fear at the slaughterhouse, at the animal shelter, and humans everywhere. It could also be a foreboding of something fearful to come, but regardless, deal with it the same way. Singing and saying a mantra, lying on the earth and soaking in a bath salt bath helps.
Mantra: I dwell in eternal safety, wrapped in the eternal light of Infinite presence
I also practice Tai Chi walking. This is helping clear the energy meridians in the body as well as listening to the musical CDs by Almine. It’s the only way I can fall asleep so nicely. Thank you dear Almine for all these great tools you have provided for us.
