It is the natural inclination of man to regard change as being painful and unpleasant. Although the evolution of life involves destructuring the old to release the energy needed to create the new, it should be welcomed as the necessary precursor of a new tomorrow. Changes only become painful when resisted. It can also be an exciting adventure and an opportunity to test your mastery and courage.
