Devi Satva Yoga as a catalyst for change

Our new yoga website is well up and running and if you were ever interested in yoga, this new format with online yoga classes is your chance to learn this ancient spiritual discipline from the comfort of your own home!
Jeanne Temple is your host and teacher and you are invited to particpate in the online classes via Skype.

Devi Satva Yoga means “Yoga of Illumination” and consist of three bodies of yoga, received by Almine, to open up the gates of abundance, clear past reincarnational cycles and rejuvenate the body. They also relate to body, soul and spirit and in working with both breath, sound elixirs and tapping as well as specific postures (asanas) they are very unique and profound tools for our awakening process, consciousness evolution and physical wellbeing.

I have started to offer Irash Satva Yoga for adolescents with ADHD, OCD, Asberger etc with very good results. The kids feel so much calmer, more confident and for some of them it was the first time they have felt peace in their minds and bodies. So the yogas could also be used to introduce Almine’s work to the public in a less “mystical” way.
