Tina: If I understand correctly, the crux of the matter of staying healthy, is boosting the immune system rather than avoiding the virus? How do we do that? 

The Seer: You are partially correct. Both approaches are needed during this time, as well as using the EMF products. The spiritual approach should of course also be emphasized. 

1. Boosting the immune system:  Use as much ascorbic acid (fat-soluble Vitamin C) or Vitamin C as you can stand (spread throughout the day) without getting diarrhea. 

2. Stay warm (suddenly lowered body temperatures lowers your immune defenses).

3. Eat healthy food and get lots of rest and sleep. 

4. Wash your hands often (I don’t recommend anti-bacterial soap) and spray surfaces often with your thyme oil-water (10-20 drops in a pint of water) especially that which is delivered from outside your home, like packages, the bottom of shoes, the inside of you car, doorknobs, etc. 

5. This is a time to explore what inspires you and learn new skills. The more you can incorporate into your life to gain self-sufficiency, the better. Be patient and kind to one another. Relearn the value of family as temples of initiation. Take time to come home to yourself.

    The 2nd suggestion brings up a question for me given the advice from some doctors and health 'gurus', that cold showers stimulate the immune system.

    I'm pretty much always cold, so I'd definitely prefer NOT to believe this and just stick with relaxing warm showers, but now and then I force myself to practice the hot to cold shower technique based on this advice.

    Is Almine referring to a sudden drop in body temperature that is maintained for a prolonged period of time vs the 3 or so minutes recommended for immune boosting cold showers, or would she not advise cold showers at all, particularly for those of us who 'run cold'? (Or, maybe it would be particularly good for people who 'run cold' ?)…

    Btw, I finally watched the documentary What the Health today (on Netflix) which Almine recommended several years ago — very eye opening! It seems, to me, to downplay the role of sugar and simple carbs in health issues, but aside from that, it presents really important dietary information…to the point that, if I believed in regret, I might wish I had watched it sooner 😉 <3
