The Seer’s Thoughts for the Day
Thoughts about integrating the opposites of life and death:
- That which does not inspire the desire to live, is succumbing to death.
- Life and death can be integrated into oneness, by dying to the old and being born anew every new moment.
- Turn the experience of the last moment into insight to apply in the new, by living a deep and meaningful self-examined life.

Of all the opposites to be integrated, I have always find this the most fascinating one. I love especially the first insight, Almine shared here with us today. Thank you 🙏
