Meaning:
The reason we are confronted with a bourgeoning elderly population is that it is time to examine and discard the tyranny of the elderly on others in their environment. The elderly is afraid of aging, decay, and disempowerment. This creates self-pity and their imagined sense of entitlement; that life “owes“ them. From disempowerment comes the desire to control. From infirmity comes the desire to have others serve them and do things for them that they can do for themselves. They use imminent death as a threat; as emotional blackmail you have every right to break free from games of control and to refuse the games of petty tyrants. Life is precious. Live your authentic expression freely and passionately; guided only by the inspiration of your heart.
