I have been noticing (during the opportunities I can do so), that I have returned to dancing fervently to music, at its originally intended visceral volume, in full-bodied celebration of life; waving/pointing/twirling my hands in the air and sliding/twisting/thumping my soles on the ground… The joy is massive and the physical exercise makes it even better still.
The ‘good days’ I’m able to do this are truly awesome and an honour.
