I can tell you that we experienced something of this very clear new reality with Ella, on our last webinar class (Dec.24th) while doing some meditations. So clear and such bright energy that it totally penetrates and destroys any old programs in the body and matrices. It was really very, very clear and this level of a a very expansive well being is something new. It’s a really clear, clear state. Very wonderful to experience and great healing for the body . 🙂
Yes, I did not require eating food for a while. It’s lessening all the time. The sleep time is really clear too. Totally different sleep experience. Very peaceful. 🙂
