The words say:
• greed attracts disaster
• dependency on external sources of supply, creates weakness
• weakness creates opposition and hardship
• competitiveness is based on the illusion of separation and diminishes self-sufficiency and self-respect
The small lettering reads:
Unevolved leaders’ egotism can lead to unconscionably hostile acts against others and their own nations, that evoke national karma and forced change that brings hardship on the populace. It is the duty of the enlightened ones who see, to change the external government by changing themselves. Those who perpetrate mass destruction for their own agendas, shall not be permitted to incarnate among mankind again. They shall not be given the opportunity to recreate chaos on earth. Nor shall those of little conscience be permitted to infiltrate government and other positions of power. The Holy One has thus decreed it.
The Angelgods for Lemuria:
1. Merechta-blavanis – (The Angelgod who removes sources of radiation poisoning from the oceans)
2. Trebahusvi-erechsta – (The Angelgod who removes radioactivity from the Pacific Ocean and its sea creatures)
3. Suterut-Arachna – (The Angelgod who creates gentle changes in the tectonic plates of the Earth)
Many legions of angels attend these Angelgods in their mighty functions.
This particular part of the sigil has seven Lemurian names on the right (written in the Lemurian language). These are the names of the seven main landmasses that comprised Lemuria. They didn’t all sink at once, but one at a time. The Hopis came from the third landmass (“Island”) called Ishlanga.

Perhaps a relevant asside: I had planned to ask for (puchase) a PS for a country I know to be at risk of an internal coup, by exploiting ignorant divisiveness through subterfuge. I was just waiting for a gift to be transfered to my account. It arrived…and immediately our vehicle sprang a worrisome leak. Urgent repairs have taken over 3 weeks… costing all the gift money and more.
BUT foiled again are ‘they’! Because this PS for Lemuria covers my/our base. Totally. “Nor shall those of little conscience be permitted to infiltrate government and other positions of power. The Holy One has thus decreed it”. AND I don’t think the PS I had hoped to order, for a single country, would have been accorded a decree of this order!

If I’m honest I will say I feel so relieved and more at peace knowing that this is the “last battle” for a long time, so to speak. After what feels like too long, we will finally be able to focus on our own lives without being “bothered” if you will.
This is also all in perfection and the process by which a more refined reality is being birthed.

Is it discernment or judgment? Or perhaps both? Beyond good and evil? If judgment divides then does this decree not separate and divide? Why is such a decree necessary for tyrants that have no power to harm; unless the power is freely given to them by the sovereigns with the actual conscious power. Does “conscious” as you use the word imply morality? How does one make a conscious judgement (division/separation) upon those who have no conscious. If they have a conscious won’t karma take care of things without needed intervention?
