Question: You’ve stressed that we would lose energy if we were to obsess about too many questions. How often do you use self-examination questions to determine your own motives, impeccability, etc.?
Almine’s answer:
Definitely every day; many times a day – it’s a way of life.
Question:
Please give us an example of the most recent self-query you’ve done?
Almine’s answer:
I had signs in my environment that I was empowering an illusion… I therefore had to determine what it was. At first all I could figure out was that it had something to do with my bodily welfare. Then my brother from Utah came by, whom I hadn’t seen in four years. He told me that it had been scientifically proven that every time one recounts an illness or injury, it awakens cellular memory of the event, preventing healing… That was the answer. I made a decision not to speak about the health events of this last year again. (He also recommended the book Molecules of Emotion by Candace Pert.)

Yes, I read this long ago.
Also, I have seen a video of a mouse that was injured by design to imitate a brain annurism. A laser was targeted to a single blood vessel in the brain and ruptured. The mouse then limped around (as it had an annurism in the brain). Then the video showed that this single blood vessel in the brain, repaired itself BUT, the mouse was still limping around as if had the ruptured vessel still……!! This is plainly illustrating how cellular memory blocks full recovery!!
You have spoken about memory blocking our true abilities many times with us Almine. Thank you for this great reminder!
