Spiritual Journey’s ~ Copyright Information post mentions that someone created a product from Almine’s work that would create a conflict. Why? Spiritual Journeys plans to present exactly the same material for our annual New Year’s Eve Celebration. More copyright details are listed below.
Question: It seems like other students have created products from your work. Why can’t I?
Answer: As for products created by other people: In every instance, they have checked with us PRIOR to creating a product to see if it would be allowed, or in any way would present a conflict of interest for Spiritual Journeys. They don’t contact us AFTER they are already sharing it, or contact us only a few hours prior to publically posting or selling it.
Almine has been very lenient over the years in approving video products to be produced for sale by her students, since she was not planning to do this herself. This pertains particularly to Sabahut, Belvaspata and yogas.
The same has applied to certain tools produced for foreign audiences. The production of Rune cards was indeed a massive use of her material, for example. It was approved for the simple reason that a large portion of the proceeds come to Spiritual Journeys, and under normal circumstances we would have done the production ourselves. Almine felt Rune cards were needed for the Rune masters. (See Spiritual Journeys Runes of the Infinite Mother, Rune card decks).

Just a personal opinion – looking
at this objectively, it seems to me to be a very fair arrangement – appropriate for us to honour in integrity and with impeccability and, of course with gratitude for the immense undertaking by Almine and her team which facilitated the availability of the information, in the first place.
