Tina:
A few months ago, you ordered small boxes of a few select nutritional products for your pantry. Can you share the basis upon which you selected them?
The Seer:
Firstly, the ones chosen were revealed to me in a dream, so I have had to learn about their benefits retrospectively. I’ll gradually share what they are with you as I learn about them myself.
The first product I bought a little case of, is Berberine-something unfamiliar to me. I have since learned the following:
Berberine is a salt mainly used for its anti-lipogenic and hypoglycaemic effects. There is also evidence that berberine hydrochloride has antibacterial, antifungal, antiprotozoal, and antiviral properties. Focusing on the antiviral activity of berberine, several studies assessed its antiviral effects against specific viruses such as influenza and herpes simplex. In these studies, berberine administered to mice with influenza decreased mortality from 90% to 55%, reducing virus titers in the lungs on day 2 post-infection. The possible therapeutic effects of berberine on influenza-induced viral pneumonia may be the inhibition of viral infection, as well as repressing inflammation.
Sounds like a good supplement to use for many reasons. Hope this is helpful.

Thank you Beloved Almine for the tip and Tina for the question.
Also my gratitude for all who contributed more benefits about it.
How wonderful !

Berberine comes from an easy-to-grow shrub names Berberis Vulgaris, and another Japanese bush and a Canadian one. I don’t remember their names. Go gardeners!
It has been used in Chinese medicine for something like 2500 years. As a decoction of the berries I think. Bitter. I wonder if infused it would make a tea-like drink if sweetened with honey?
It is also noted for lowering blood sugar and cholesterol, blood pressure and digestion. Over at least a 3-month period, taken in small doses 3 times a day, because it is assimilated slowly.

It’s also quite useful as a natural treatment for allergies like pollen, pet hair, etc, instead of the pills that some people take!
