Why am I more prone to soft tissue injury lately?
1. For the same reason you warm up before exercise: cold muscles injure more easily. Stay warm on cold days.
2. I don’t know what the reason for this is, but I find that too much of certain supplements (like protein drinks and/or bars) promote individuals being injury-prone in their soft tissues. Back off from taking your supplements for two weeks and see if that helps (particularly avoid magnesium oxide — the cheap form of magnesium that is not bio-available).
