Question: There are so many hostile substance in food products. What would be the worst offenders that are an absolute must to avoid?
Almine’s Answer: (In order of urgency to avoid eating)
1. Azodicarbonamide (a bleaching and dough elasticity ingredient is found in white bread and bleached flour): This ingredient is banned in Singapore and Europe.
2. Canola oil
4. Artificial sweeteners and white sugar (Note: 100% pure stevia is a plant-based sweetener approved for consumption.)
Question: What does hostility in our ‘external environment’ represent?
Almine’s Answer: Firstly, hostility in that which we ingest represents that we are doing harmful things to our own society or ourselves (such as vaccines, Botox, over-medication etc).
Hostile elements in our environment, on the other hand, are indicative of our thinking of ourselves as the effect, rather than the cause of our environment, of being a victim of external circumstances.
