On our Devi Satva Yoga site (Devi Satva being the name of the body of information all three of Almine’s yogas make up), Jeanne shared a great little interview with 13 year old Kyler after he just finished his very first full Irash Satva Yoga session. Way to go Kyler!
Irash Satva Yoga is the yoga of abundance, received by Almine from the Angelic Kingdom. It uses easily mastered postures paired with music from Cosmic Source, created specifically for each posture. Using the combination of the music and the postures, this yoga opens up the 144 cardinal gates in the mind and body 
and cleanses them of their dross and debris, allowing the practitioner to easily tap into the natural abundance of the One Life.
